AAPLUS Privacy Policy and Collection Notice

Version: public-member-v2-2026-09-23 We collect email, verification status, public nickname, region, male/female gender, 18+ confirmation, consent records, and account, queue, draw, point and security activity. Gender is used only to select draw animations. Public pages do not expose email, region or gender. Processor categories include Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, email providers, responsible prize operators and couriers. For Hong Kong delivery we collect the recipient name, Hong Kong telephone number, district, address and optional note. A member may save one address. Request address snapshots are erased 90 days after completion, cancellation or rejection; non-address transaction and audit records may remain. We do not collect identity documents.
